Building your Practice

I have been in practice for 28 years and for the last 18-20 years I have had a least a 6 months waiting list to see me as a new patient, even reaching 2 year wait at one point before I closed my list. In that time I have only advertised twice and I am not a great marketeer.

So how did this happen? Initially I wasn’t sure. I know there are far better Acupuncturist out there than me, I am the first to admit that. Yes I am skilled and well trained but that is not just the reason for my busy practice. When I analysed how I came to have this waiting list it comes down to some very simple understandings and a process.

I am more than happy to share this process with you as a way to make more of a difference and help more people.
